The hotel is in an excellent location, just across the street from a beautiful sandy beach. There’s also a grocery store right in front of the hotel. I highly recommend it for families with children, as it offers a heated pool, a playground, mini golf, a mini disco, and various other kids' activities.

We booked one bedroom apt and were upgraded to a two bedrooms. Impressed by the very well maintained and inspired garden. It looked like an open air art gallery with statues and paintings clearly bearing the Cesar Manrique influence. Perfect location, ocean view, restaurants and shopping nearby though very peaceful.

Boasting a terrace with sea views, a private beach area and an outdoor swimming pool, Apartamentos San Marcial can be found in Tías, close to Lima Beach and 4.4 km from Rancho Texas Park.
