Staff is very friendly from the beginning of the stay and very helpful. Rooms are cozy with nice view, the location of the hotel is only a few minutes of walking distance away from the city center. There's nothing to complain about other than the lack of an elevator, but the hotel staff will help you deliver your luggage to your room.The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the heating was very good especially in the cold winter when the snow fell. I was deeply impressed by the warm decoration everywhere in the hotel, the small animals on the table, the candlesticks, the welcome chocolates placed on the bed, the snow brushes prepared for the guests with the car... It all makes you feel at home. Breakfast was very rich and delicious. You can order fried eggs, brew coffee in a coffee pot served to each guest, make you feel like a VIP. I will surely choose it again.
