United KingdomWe stayed here before & after doing the W Trek in Puerto Natales. This is a perfect location for getting to & from the bus station (10 mins walk) for transfers to the national park. Franco was a fantastic host! He let us check in early on day 1 after flying overnight to reach Puerto Natales. He also arranged for our excess baggage to be kept safe while on the W-Trek and had put them in the room ready upon return. Quick response via the booking.com chat. The apartment was well equipped - we cooked both nights in the accommodation so the kitchen was well equipped. Breakfast was also really good - cereal, lots of fruits, yoghurts, juices, tea, coffee, waffles, bacon, eggs, toast - lots of variety. Also great water pressure (for that post trek hair wash!!) - and a hair dryer included.
