Beautiful location, breath-taking views, very convenient apartment that had everything to feel like home, pleasant and relaxing pool area. Location of the property is great to explore Lugano and Italian border area while being in a quiet and cozy resort. It is a self-contained island of greenery (nice big garden) and quiet, with lots of things for a 5-person family to do and a lovely atmosphere. The team running the Villa were super friendly and supportive - our daughter needs to eat gluten free food and they helped us by ensuring fresh gluten free bread every day in the morning for her and once even baked a special cake. Our energetic two year old could run in the garden, play with the toys from the toy collection and enjoy the sandbox, which kept him busy and us as relaxed as possible... The fully equipped kitchen gave us the freedom to cook as we needed to. And the option to use the bicycles with a baby seat was just great. Would gladly go back for another stay.

Just loved the light, spacious 50 m2 apartment (an upgrade at no extra costs) with a great 180 degree view on both the lake 'Lago Maggiore' as well as as the mountains. There was an overall very pleasant vibe in the hotel and staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good too and the breakfast room (=restaurant) had a great ambiance thanks to the glass ceiling and half-circle shape. Location was pretty unbeatable, like an island in the center of Locarno.
