I had a wonderful experience staying here. It exceeded my expectations so much so I would give 11/10 if I could. Not because its luxury hotel, it is not. But it's probably even better than that. Firstly because everything is so well thought out for the guests. There were many little extra touches, from the chargers, to the reading lamp, large towels, diswasher and coffee machine. I think every furniture was super comfortable. And the design of the room (even though I think booked the smallest option) definitely deserves an award. Cosy, beautiful and above all as convenient as possible. My greatest respects. Then I had two interactions with the customer service (once on booking, once on the phone) and once with the staff in person. All of them were easy, to the point, and super helpful. Staff is awfully kind and they had a very positive vibe. The place was really clean. Although I didn't hang out in common areas much, they also looked very nice. The washing machine, the iron even. The location is great. It is very central. Several supermarkets around. Even though the tram is right next to it, still you don't hear much of the street. I think it might be the best stays that I have ever had. Definitely the best in many years.

The hotel is in an excellent location, connected to all parts of the city - it is a 10-15 minute bus ride from the airport (bus number 28), which stops 100 meters from the hotel, and in front of the hotel, there is a tram station with two lines, number 14 and 18, both of which take you to the city centre (around a 15-20 minute ride). There is a pharmacy and a shop near the hotel - enough to supply you with everything you need. I stayed in a studio that had everything I needed for a stay of almost a week. Excellent, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and an excellent price-quality ratio. I highly recommend it.

The hotel was excellent value for money and brilliantly located - walking distance from Lake Geneva and the train/bus station. Great little place opposite Geneva train station. Rooms are modern, albeit small, but have everything you need within a compact space. If you are using it for sleep and shower it is perfect. Michael on reception was so lovely and could not be more helpful. Made my brief stay tres enjoyable! Would definitely recommend unless you specifically prioritise room with large space.
