The location was perfect … the tram stop was right outside the front door, providing us with very easy transportation. All the staff … including Madeline, Sergei, Ava & Hassan were absolutely AMAZING‼️. They were extremely helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. We felt like we had our own personal travel agents. We loved everything about the hotel concept and the fact that we felt so at home during our stay! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Stay Kooook, Servette Street, Geneva to everyone who is looking for accommodations in Geneva!

A very beautiful and clean, modern hotel. We had a room on the 4th floor with access to a large shared terrace, where we had the opportunity to eat, relax, sunbathe, and enjoy the view of the stunning mountains and approaching airplanes. There is a Lidl store next to the building, where you can shop, and we also had a small kitchen in the room, so we had the opportunity to prepare our own meals. The (free) bus stop is right in front of the building.
