The flat is located in the hotel building but nothing to do with Mercure hotel administration. I found the apartment in a hopeless condition. Dirty, kitchen and bathroom without the facilities you would expect. BUT the WORSE: there is a gymnasium exactly on the bedroom sealing. That means that you are NOT able to sleep from 6 AM to 10 AM because of the terrible noise they make. I am very upset and disappointed with booking com accepting a landlord who is making FRAUD and using the hotel pictures to make us think is the Mercure hotel. I have been told the landlord is driving the hotel business very difficult. All costumes from him in the past had similar problems that I went through. I am afraid I will not use booking.com any longer. The stress I felt for 4 nights without sleeping from 6 AM until 10 PM will never be recovered.
