Centrally located, super easy to get everywhere. The staff were lovely, and even made friendship bracelets for us (we were in Melbourne for the Taylor Swift concerts). It was a small but very considerate and welcoming touch! The café downstairs is also amazing!

We stayed in a deluxe studio on the 28th with a fantastic view! The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the kitchen was extremely well stocked to cook if you wanted! The staff were super friendly and helpful and the lobby bar was great! There was a fab aroma in the reception

It was clean, comfortable, well located with trams running along the main road. Easy access to parking; though pricey but it is not more than the standard in the area. If you are sensitive to sounds, may be a little noisy at night but I have no issue. Will definitely stay here again!

Recently we stayed for a week at the Lighthouse and were very satisfied with the experience. Our serviced apartment was well-equipped with all the latest appliances and a fully functional kitchen. The rooms offered a stunning view of the city. The best part is the location, opposite to Victoria market and in the heart of Melbourne CBD. Overall a comfortable stay, will surely be back. A special thanks to Ms Sulekha from the front desk for all her help and handy tips.

Lovely Aparthotel. Comfortable lounge/dining room/kitchen area. Very comfy bed with great view over the City from 15th floor. Everything you need for self-catering. Supermarket close by. Easy walking distance to get trams or buses into the downtown area. We arrived in the morning. Our room would not be ready till the afternoon. Staff at reception managed to get one for us one within half an hour.
