We stayed at Wolfegg during our LechWeg hike. We walked here from Lech. It was a picturesque walk along the river and through the forest. It’s a bit further from the main road. We rented an apartment with a balcony, so we could cook inside. It was clean and cosy. There is a sauna available to use. Breakfast is available for an additional charge of 20 euros during the summer. It’s delicious! The staff were very helpful and nice.

Hotel Sonnblick offers a sauna and free private parking, and is within 20 km of Train Station Sankt Anton am Arlberg and 50 km of GC Brand.

The staff was friendly and very professional. The apartment was quite comfortable. The ski school and the ski service/rental inside the building were quite effective. Highly recommended for families with children for the playground area and the swimming pool. Entertainment activities were offered as well: a magician entertainer and a disco event for instance.

Stephen and Christine were the epitome of warm Austrian hospitality—welcoming, thoughtful, and incredibly kind. After we returned from an unexpectedly wet alpine hike, they went out of their way to help us get warm and dry, making us feel completely at home. We even had a fun language exchange and learned that a kettle in German is called a “Wasserkocher”! Their care and generosity made our stay truly memorable.
