The apartment is very comfortable and was very clean and very well decorated. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook. The location was perfect, in the middle of the town but very quiet. We enjoyed it very much. The communication with the owner was exceptional, they responded to my questions very promptly and the information about check-in was very detailed and clear. I would definitely recommend this apartment to my family and friends. And if I had to return to Linz I would not hesitate to rent it again.

Clean, comfortable, modern and quiet. The entire property is amazing. Great looking, spotless and beautiful. The property is located in a quiet area with its own parking. Although we had some problems with check-in, everything was resolved within a few minutes. A kind gentleman (local tourist) helped us, speaking directly at the reception. We are not German speakers. Thanks again! The room was very clean, with all the necessary amenities. Suggestion: emails could help, if they were also in English.

Nice clean large room with beautiful view. The owner went out to meet us outside, because we came very late at night. They made 2 pizzas as a welcome gesture for free! Highly recommend this hotel with extremely pleasant stuff, clean rooms and excellent food! ☺️

An absolutely gorgeous place!! Enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful garden to connect with Mother Nature… the nature pool without any chemicals, so rare to get. We loved and appreciated our stay in a well equipped beautiful apartment , that was very clean and also rare to get. The Reception lady was very polite and welcoming.
