Serviced Apartments in Hallstatt

First time using virtual check in, I was not sure what to expect but throuhh email communication everything was explained. Studio was very well equiped (complimentary tea and coffee plus everything you need for cooking), parking is in garage with plenty space. Everything opens on code (with your mobile phone) once you pay (need to pay in advance). There are also few brekfast spots in the village if you don't want to cook.

Great location and surroundings! The room was very clean and warm. Kitchen good equipped for a family with two kids.

Words can't describe how wonderful this hotel is! The decor and architecture has so much character and charm. 💖 I stayed in a beautiful room with a balcony, overlooking the mountains. Huge comfy bed with fresh sheets. The prettiest towel display was a perfect touch. The bathroom was very clean, stocked with toilet roll, fresh towels, and soap. Bins are emptied, towels are restocked, and beds are made daily! ✨️ The breakfast is so delicious, table service! Breads, cereal, cheeses, spreads, fruits, yoghurt, baked goods, juice and tea/coffee, meat/fish/eggs. 😋 You will really feel pampered here. The spa is absolutely gorgeous! Big pool overlooking the mountains, sauna, showers, and a cosy chill area. I really enjoyed my time here. 😶‍🌫️ And last but certainly not least, the staff! The girls were completely amazing here! So kind and full of light, happy and helpful, so generous and accommodating. They will get you anything you need, just ask. Great English speaking, too! I had a very helpful woman assist me with my laundry, and I am so grateful. Wonderful staff. 🥹🥰 I felt so at home here. it's almost emotional to be leaving. It's such a lovely place, great views, great service, just an all-around exceptional experience 👏 ❤️‍🔥 And did I forget to mention the affordability? I paid £133.09 for 2 nights, including breakfast, full use of the spa, and wonderful service! Unbelievable✨️ A very special thank you to the ladies who completed my stay; Nikolina Sinko/klasić, Katarina Trajbar, and Božica. Thank you, ladies, for making me feel so welcome. You were the icing on the cake!🥰😌💖 I recommend everyone to stay here, you will be pleasantly surprised. Beautiful location and views and very nice studio

The whole hospitality was excellent. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Design deserves an extra praise, it’s so special and cozy. Michaela was very kind and helpful.

Great place, clean and comfortable, the kids were very happy. The sauna in each apartment is great. The staff are very nice and welcoming, the kids club and toys are great, convenient parking, we enjoyed every minute.
