Beautiful location and views and very nice studio

We were really impressed by the view, the room has an stunning view to the lake, the studio room was big, cozy furnished, very clean with comfortable and big bed. We've enjoyed an abundant breakfast buffet with a huge variety of options. The staff were attentive and responsive. Last but not least, we had great time during the dinner in a la cart restaurant. All the dishes we ordered were really delicious. We recommend a memorable desert: Salzburg Nockerl. It was the best one we've eaten, even better than the famous ones in Salzburg. Just a small tip for dinner: make an upfront reservation because the restaurant is almost anytime fully booked.

The whole hospitality was excellent. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Design deserves an extra praise, it’s so special and cozy. Michaela was very kind and helpful.

First time using virtual check in, I was not sure what to expect but throuhh email communication everything was explained. Studio was very well equiped (complimentary tea and coffee plus everything you need for cooking), parking is in garage with plenty space. Everything opens on code (with your mobile phone) once you pay (need to pay in advance). There are also few brekfast spots in the village if you don't want to cook.

Everything! More specifically though, Da Alois excels above all else because Franz pays meticulous attention to the apartment itself and to what the guests might need or want. This attention to detail is surprisingly rare and so very welcome. It made our stay in Da Alois an unforgettable pleasure.

Words can't describe how wonderful this hotel is! The decor and architecture has so much character and charm. 💖 I stayed in a beautiful room with a balcony, overlooking the mountains. Huge comfy bed with fresh sheets. The prettiest towel display was a perfect touch. The bathroom was very clean, stocked with toilet roll, fresh towels, and soap. Bins are emptied, towels are restocked, and beds are made daily! ✨️ The breakfast is so delicious, table service! Breads, cereal, cheeses, spreads, fruits, yoghurt, baked goods, juice and tea/coffee, meat/fish/eggs. 😋 You will really feel pampered here. The spa is absolutely gorgeous! Big pool overlooking the mountains, sauna, showers, and a cosy chill area. I really enjoyed my time here. 😶‍🌫️ And last but certainly not least, the staff! The girls were completely amazing here! So kind and full of light, happy and helpful, so generous and accommodating. They will get you anything you need, just ask. Great English speaking, too! I had a very helpful woman assist me with my laundry, and I am so grateful. Wonderful staff. 🥹🥰 I felt so at home here. it's almost emotional to be leaving. It's such a lovely place, great views, great service, just an all-around exceptional experience 👏 ❤️‍🔥 And did I forget to mention the affordability? I paid £133.09 for 2 nights, including breakfast, full use of the spa, and wonderful service!
