Friendly owner who was there to welcome us and communication was great and pro active. We had two rooms booked and they were big, spotless and immaculate. Location is great and city is easy to reach with public transport. Parking is underground, a bit narrow but feasible.

Communication prior to arrival was easy with the hotel - they responded to my questions quickly and gave useful information. Regrettably due to a vis maior situation on my arrival day I finally could not get to the hotel and needed to cancel my booking - even if it was beyond the free cancellation period the hotel staff was very understandable and refunded the room rate to me. If I can reorganize my trip to Graz later on, I'll definitely book my stay in this place again.

The location is great ( I personally was aiming to be close to the shopping center Seiersberg ) , the apartment is equipped with everything that you need - Netflix is a plus also 😁 The Self Check In principle is well explained and I was updated step by step for all necessary information.
