I really liked how well-organized and incredibly clean the accommodation was, with everything you might need. Everything is clearly explained, so you don’t even need staff on site. It’s very modern and fully digital. The shared living area is a great bonus, with a coffee machine and glasses available. I also loved the option to sit on the terrace overlooking a beautiful view. And the underground parking is a big plus.

Words can't describe how wonderful this hotel is! The decor and architecture has so much character and charm. 💖 I stayed in a beautiful room with a balcony, overlooking the mountains. Huge comfy bed with fresh sheets. The prettiest towel display was a perfect touch. The bathroom was very clean, stocked with toilet roll, fresh towels, and soap. Bins are emptied, towels are restocked, and beds are made daily! ✨️ The breakfast is so delicious, table service! Breads, cereal, cheeses, spreads, fruits, yoghurt, baked goods, juice and tea/coffee, meat/fish/eggs. 😋 You will really feel pampered here. The spa is absolutely gorgeous! Big pool overlooking the mountains, sauna, showers, and a cosy chill area. I really enjoyed my time here. 😶‍🌫️ And last but certainly not least, the staff! The girls were completely amazing here! So kind and full of light, happy and helpful, so generous and accommodating. They will get you anything you need, just ask. Great English speaking, too! I had a very helpful woman assist me with my laundry, and I am so grateful. Wonderful staff. 🥹🥰 I felt so at home here. it's almost emotional to be leaving. It's such a lovely place, great views, great service, just an all-around exceptional experience 👏 ❤️‍🔥 And did I forget to mention the affordability? I paid £133.09 for 2 nights, including breakfast, full use of the spa, and wonderful service! A Perfect Solo Escape – 10 Stars Aren’t Enough! I stayed here alone this summer, hoping to unwind, recharge, and enjoy a bit of peace by the lake — and this hotel exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had stepped into a dream. The setting is unreal: a crystal-clear alpine lake nestled among towering green mountains, with summer sunshine sparkling on the water and wildflowers blooming everywhere. The view from my room — especially from the balcony — was absolutely breathtaking. I often just sat there in silence, taking it all in. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort and charm. It felt cozy and welcoming, but still elegant. Traveling alone can sometimes feel awkward, but here I felt completely at ease. The staff were genuinely kind — always helpful, never intrusive — and made me feel like more than just a guest. Every morning started with a peaceful breakfast overlooking the lake, and every evening ended with a sunset that looked like something from a painting. I spent my days swimming, walking along the shore, hiking nearby trails, and simply enjoying the stillness. This place gave me exactly what I needed: space to breathe, think, and just be. It’s the kind of experience that stays with you — the kind that changes you a little. If you're considering a solo trip and need beauty, serenity, and a true escape — look no further. I’ll be coming back for sure.
