Apartment is new, clean and tidy. It is near the beach on first floor. Maybe around 16 stairs. From balcony you can see nice sea view. Owner is very kind person and helpfull. I can only recommend it. Also there is big parling space next to apartment and on the sandy beach you can use free of charge sunbed and parasol (umbrella). There is lot of shops, restaurants and rolercoasters.

It was clean and pleasant. There was plenty of space for our car and we were able to park on site with our trailer. It is well located for the beach but a little far from the centre - 45 minutes walking. Good contact with the owner who was very helpful.

You get to durres very easily, the bus stop is just outside the hotel. It takes around 15 minutes to durres center with the bus. But you have to ask some locals which bus to take :). The service was great, she spoke very well english, was extremely nice and helpful

Close to the sea, sunbeds included in the price, easy check-in and check-out, very nice and helpful host, and best money per value ratio. For one two weeks stay - perfect.
