Great Japanese Hotel. Good daily breakfast.

Very spacious and clean , nicely decorated in a Japanese style . we had a very pleasant stay .

The 24 hour service desk is great, they also helped with storing our luggage before our checkin time and also after we checked out before we had to leave later in the day. The breakfast had a lot of good food and also many choices of tradition japanese breakfast and western style breakfast.

The free breakfast was pretty good. Coin-operated laundry and vending machines were nice. The staff were very kind and attentive. They did their best to provide help and service when needed. They had a delivery service in where they were kind to help fill in the form for me in Japanese. They were always very kind and friendly.

The hotel is not very far from one of the main subway stations. The rooms are clean and have everything you can expect from a mid-level Japanese hotel - and everything in a very nice design and arrangement. I did not try the breakfast. The staff was very helpful with sending my luggage to the next hotel!

Very nice stay in the center of takayama , everything is easy to reach on foot. The hotel has a nice traditional vibe and the service was excellent. Also the dinner and Japanese breakfast were excellent. Also we really appreciated the welcome tea and the help in shipping our luggage.

The extra space - larger than usual Japanese hotels. Comfortable bed.

Attractive Japanese style

The room was spacious, great value for money, outstanding free Japanese buffet breakfast fabulous staff all amenities. Would definitely stay here again and use this hotel chain again, and a free shuttle bus
