Everything was carefully prepared, extremely well, organized, everything written also in English – also, the owners helped us with any wish and concern that we had. Every electric or electronic device in the place is described in Japanese and English including instruction manual - we were impressed. So we even could wash our clothes. They even helped us to book a ferry, which we could have not done by ourselves. Very kind and helpful hosts. We cannot be more grateful, that they let us stay with them. Thank you so much! Arrigato!!!

The breakfast is one of the best, if not the best buffet I have ever had. It not only offers both Japanese and Western-style food, it also offers local cuisine in Nagasaki prefecture. My family say will come again for breakfast alone!

We had the private onsen booked and loved it. The dinner and breakfast was delicious Japanese cuisine.

Beautiful view on the lake, big japanese style room, very clean. Explanations of possible activities and tour planning suggestions of the owner had been very helpful to us. Great location for outdoor adventures in Unzen area.

Perfect location to explore Unzen/Shimabara. The owner and staffs are extremely friendly and helpful, told us their favourite onsen spots/restaurants/activities etc. We enjoyed chatting a lot :) Our Japanese Tatami room was spacious and spotless clean. Nice view from the window! We would definitely come back again.

Beautiful Japanese Modern design! The room is not that big but it’s no problem as the suitcases can be stored under the bed :) Nice public bath on the top. A microwave in the room was a plus too. The green tea served in the lobby Sonogi cha （そのぎ茶） was flavorful! Great location, friendly and helpful staffs, all in all one of my favorite places.

Great rooms and bathroom, lovely decor. Hotel in good position to see Nagasaki and get to/from Shinkansen. Excellent, small Japanese Restaurant, but disappointingly other facilities not open. No gym or other facilities.
