The view from the bedroom was beautiful. I liked the traditional feel of the hotel and felt like I was getting an authentic Japanese guest house experience. I also enjoyed the food and eating authentic Japanese cuisine
We had our first ryokan experience & enjoyed the hospitality and introduction to Japanese cuisine by Nuokuo, she made our stay very special. The hotel is very well located and the rooms were big and well equipped. We had an excellent Japanese dinner & breakfast. Highly recommended.
Amazing japanese experience! The staff were very friendly, the room comfortable and dinner and breakfast very good and tasty, plus the hotel is very close to the station!
Brilliantly relaxing setting, very comfortable and cosy rooms and the onsen was amazing. I opted for the Japanese dinner which was such an unique experience with delicious food. Welcome drink service was a lovely surprise too! Conveniently bus stops are 5 minute walk from the resort, so moving around is easy even without car. I have already recommended this resort to many of my friends who are looking to visit the area!
We loved staying in this traditional Japanese accommodation. Everything was thoughtfully provided for our visit and we received such a warm welcome from the hosts.
The service is good. The atmosphere is amazing. You can fill the traditional Japanese style anywhere.
The staff was very friendly, room was clean and really enjoyed the Japanese type room! The shared facilities (kitchen / washroom / other) were very nice and stylish. Absolutely loved the rooftop terrace, that was our highlight!
I was looking for a typical Japanese flat/house. I found here everything that I had expected. The big advantage is nature in the surroundings. Fujisan is near the town and you cannot meet many foreign tourists there. A good place to spend a quiet stay.
Standard Japanese hotel chain hotel room, i.e. clean, small, frienly staff and everything is fine. Location very close to Yokohama main station is a plus for convinience (as is the convience store with access via the lobby), though it is somewhat noisy. Windows block noise quite well, but it is a loud location (front are the train tracks and back are major motorways). I didn't mind at all, but for people who are sensitive to such things, this might a useful information.
Proximity toward the coast for surfers and enjoying sunshine, status of rental bicycles (stored under a raincover 7/24 when not in use. One can ride those bikes at speed after a liberal application of Wolftooth WT-1 wet lube on the chain, and wiping off surface rust and grimes after application), hosts who speak (almost) perfect English, quality of breakfast (at an additional charge, though), authentic Japanese style room
