Description of the place was true to its word - the amenities provided, the location. The hand drawn map was also helpful in getting around the place. I loved most the provision of skin conditioner, a stable in Japanese beauty routine. Host Andy was also gracious enough to answer any question guests may have in relation to their stay in Fukuoka.
Loved their lavish traditional Japanese breakfast and onsen, especially because for once there was no TV in the sauna! Thank you! Keep it that way please. Always enjoy the manga section and massage chairs, plus very grateful for the hot water provider.
The common room and kitchen are tidy and spacious . Very near to train station. The Japanese staff is very helpful. She gave very good advice to visit some local area .
Breakfast was great! There was both Western and Japanese-style food, both were delicious.
Location right next to Hakata station, close to the city centre as well. Rooms were big for Japanese standards, staff was incredibly friendly.
- Rooms are rather small (which is standard in large Japanese cities), but comfortable and well organized. - Rooms and hotel are super clean - Personnel is nice, friendly and try to answer all requests positively. I had to modify my stay due to pro constraints, and the front office managed tjis very efficiently directly with booking. - Location is mins walking from Hakat train / subway station
The hotel is very new, modern and clean. We really liked our Bunk Room for our family of 2 adults & 1 10-year-old! We also had our first Japanese bathing experience at the Hotels Public Bath, and the whole experience was quite comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
As a new hotel, Ritz Carlton Fukuoka is beautifully designed and served as a perfect stay for our anniversary celebration. The room is spacious, comfortable and very practical in terms of layout. We got one facing Hakata Bay and it was especially a great view at sunset and in the evening. Their breakfast selection was delicious and of high quality. We also went to their bar and Japanese restaurant, both phenomenal. Service was lovely, all the staff greet you with a smile. We would stay here again!
This hotel is very convenient, just outside the Gion subway station exit 5, or a 15 minute walk from Hakata station either above or below ground. It has all the standard facilities of the APA hotel chain. Breakfast selection was good. Nearby are convenience stores and a good patisserie. For meals Hakata station has variety.
