The free breakfast was pretty good. Coin-operated laundry and vending machines were nice. The staff were very kind and attentive. They did their best to provide help and service when needed. They had a delivery service in where they were kind to help fill in the form for me in Japanese. They were always very kind and friendly.

Great location attached to Nagoya station which makes Shinkansen travel easy. Station is very busy and not so easy to navigate with luggage etc but has many, restaurants and shops as well as a large department store (Takashimaya with Hands) which are directly and easily accessible in the same tower as the hotel. Great views from the rooms and lobby. Very good buffet for breakfast with many Japanese, Asian and Western options.

Large rooms for a standard Japanese hotel.

The hotel is very popular with Japanese families. So, if you have (small) kids, this is the place worth considering. Besides, the view from the outside pool of the onsen over Koijigahama Beach and sea around Kamishima Island is just .... nice.

Everything!! The breakfast was fantastic with various choices of western and japanese.i love tge fish , mackerel i think it was. Perfectly done.the room was a good size and the bath tub..wow. the location is near the subway and a park and some convenient store all along the way. Fantastic view as well from the outside. Definetly a good value for yoir money.

The staff are exceptional. Very helpful for someone like me with limited Japanese. They were extremely accommodating considering how short a notice I gave them for checking in. The breakfast option is very good value and I would recommend to anyone who wishes to stay here.

Location was central to train and subway lines, food options, shopping and sightseeing. The hotel and rooms were clean and as shown on the website. Check in process was easy. The hotel was well staffed and all staff members were polite and spoke both English and Japanese. Amenities were plentiful and good quality. The view of the city in the morning and evening was amazing.

Room is big (huge by Japanese standards) and price seemed good. Too bad the bed was so hard we had to leave and go somewhere else ...

The room was luxurious and large by Japanese standards. The beds were amazing and soft. The whole floor was super quiet. The staff were quick to check us in and gave clear directions in English as needed and suggestions on what to see in the historical area very close by. It was a surprise to find we were so close to a heritage area of Nagoya. It is also a reasonable distance to the Nagoya castle but a taxi ride is still better than walking when it’s hot!
