Location-10 Hotel cleaning-10 Deserved price! Never stayed in a hotel to receive so many clean towels…And pijamas!!! :)) The fact that they had an onsen, too, was the cherry on the cake! ❤️ Highly recommend it!!!

Came back and was told they could not check because the morning lady don't understand me. The lady in the evening can understand and speak good English. Was told I can change a new room just beside my current one. Just to be sure my air con indeed don't works She came up and checked and confirmed. Room was immediately change.
