They always exceed expectations and took care about the smallest details. A lot of delicious food, personal assistant 24/7 via WhatsApp, the own hotel application that allow you to follow the entertainment schedule and book restaurants. Great spa that make the hotel the good place to be even in the low season. Very comfortable beds.

I would specially like to thank the staff for being extremely welcoming, smiley and helpful. After a few days, we started feeling like at home. Special thanks to Sevim at Luna cafe for being always cheerful and welcoming as well as Ramazan and all the waiting staff at the main restaurant. The food was also always fresh, lots of variety and super tasty.

The food was very good and varied, themed evenings with many variations. Very good selection of drinks, practically everything you need - including spirits, cocktails and very good wines. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Clean room just like in pictures, with daily cleaning service, beach towels changed daily. Large sandy beach, clean, smooth entry into the sea, enough sun loungers. In the evening you can walk on the seafront of Side that passes through the resort.

Everything. we had an absolutely wonderful vacation. food was great, service was excellent in every field, we will definitely go back!

We have stayed in Luxury Lagoon room and it was exceptional. Special thanks for Durmuş and Kardelen for their extraordinary assitance. Also Nur Muhammed, Burcu, Cansu, Ayşegül and all staff of Lagoon Restaurant were very kind and helpful during our stay. Shows in hotel was also amazing, we have enjoyed a lot. Foods in Lagoon Restaurant was very well prepared and served. Kaya Palazzo will be always in my top tier list for vacation.
