The location is not too far from airport and right on a very beautiful beach. The swim up room was large and very comfortable the swim up pool got the sun in the morning. The concierge and all the staff were extremely attentive and friendly and very helpful. There was excellent quality and variety of food in restaurants and room service. There were different pools designed for quiet and social areas with a lovely swim up bar. The sand on the beach was very fine white and beautiful and the ocean was great to swim in. The coffee bar had the most amazing coffee 30 minute uber ride into Cancun Daniel who leads the entertainment was amazing good variety of entertainment during the day and night

Dolphins are soooo cuuuute, it's a life-time experience. the staff are really stick to their schedule with the activities, always cheering you up and the best to me: no loud parties late in the night after 1 am (perhaps even after 12 am), which means calm and relaxing nights to you so you wake up renewed for another day in paradise. Stayed for 4 nights at the pyramid tower with ocean view with my wife, and i wish i could have stayed for 7. Comfy beds, pillows, temperature and air conditioning and room service was flawless. definitely worth it staying at the Hyatt Ziva in Cancun.

Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun is a AAA's 5 Diamond Award Winner property with 13 outdoor pools, 6 à la carte gourmet restaurants, a buffet restaurant, a Coco Café, a Barefoot Grill and a... Everything was absolutely perfect. The rooms are large, very comfortable and very clean. The service of every single employee is outstanding. The installations are in perfect conditions. All the restaurants are delicious with great quality of food, diverse menus and fresh food. The entertainment is nice but not to loud. The beach is spectacular, there was no sargasam on our stay. We love visiting this hotel. Our private concierge Heriberto was of great help. Coco's café matcha latte delicious. The new World café was inagurated and it is so nice and comfortable.

This hotel is amazing if you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and romantic experience. The facilities are gorgeous and spacious, the design and decoration reminds you that you’re in a luxurious hotel in every corner. The staff is super friendly, they upgraded our room to a junior suite without extra cost, we even had a butler assigned which you can reach on WhatsApp for anything you need. We asked for an early check in due to our flight arrival and they managed have the room the moment we finished the check in. Also on the checkout day they still let you use the facilities (including restaurants) up until 5 PM. They have like 5 or 6 restaurants, each one with different themes, and every dish was in a gourmet style with high attention to detail. The beach was also great but I assume that’s the case for most of the hotels located in the Hotel zone of Cancun. It was a great experience overall, would definitely consider going back if we decide to visit Cancun again. Special shout out to Gustavo from Olio, and Aleman our butler.
