Literally everything was perfect. It was exactly what we were looking for, an happy oasis. The staff was really kind and super good organised, they had a pool to relax watching the see and another pool with an entertainment for the whole day with an exceptional team. The food in all the restaurants was extraordinary and each one with a signature drink that was really a good combination to the style and plates of the place. We can’t wait to come again!

Everything, attention to detail, dinner, facilities, cleanliness, drinks, staff, fact that I was able to have lunch after checkout, aesthetics, room, every single thing. They have ruined all other all inclusive chains for me now and I would go to Riu first if available.

The staff and concierge service? Absolutely amazing! Friendly, helpful, and always making sure everything is perfect. We were lucky enough to celebrate a very special moment there, and they welcomed us with such kindness and made it possible in this incredible setting. If you’re looking for a place to truly unwind, recharge, and make the most of your vacation — this is it!

We stayed in an ocean front unit for our honeymoon which wasn’t cheap but highly recommend it!

This stunning beachfront resort is set on the beautiful strip of Punta Cancun and framed by the Caribbean Sea, where you can enjoy a white sand beach and clear-blue waters. WOW a very vibrant and lively resort with so many things happening and a wonderful staff. a big thank you to David and Anna who took good care of us the whole time. the resort opens two different sides of the beach which made it the experience more enjoyable.

Absolutely everything about this resort is incredible!! We were celebrating our honeymoon and it was magical spending our time in secrets Akumal. Everything is done to perfection and that’s all thanks to the amazing staff they have. We loved seeing the entertainment team everyday and getting involved in all of their activities. Max, jonas, Abraham and Gina were amazing ❤️ The food and drinks in the resort were such high quality. We loved the pizza by the pool and also loved the grill for dinner! We snorkelled with the turtles which I’d highly recommend! Amazing experience! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so incredibly enjoyable. We didn’t stop smiling the entire trip and we have memories forever!
