From reception to housekeeping, everyone was so attentive and helpful. I'm vegetarian, and the chef made sure I had plenty of yummy options at meal times. I am so grateful to have such wonderful and kind service staff! I stayed in the lagoon villa and it had an awesome view with a wonderful deck and small plunge pool. It was an incredible experience and I really hope to be back next year!

The price of the stay is certainly one of the more expensive ones that we have. Looking back, we will definitely make the same decision to stay in Westin. My wife and I truly enjoyed the personalised service provided. Shoutout to Dulat for attending to us during our stay. He has been most attentive and proactive to assisting us. We enjoyed his companionship. The food is fantastic and we can see variation in the menu from day to day. Quality of food is top notched. The villa is wonderful. Not just the amount of space that we have, the view is great and we can feel that it is brilliantly designed. Overall, the service by the entire crew is great. From offering cut fruits when we are at the poolside to giving us good recommendation on where we can view sunset, we really truly enjoyed our stay in Westin.
