The meal service was impeccable, offering a dizzying array of choices that catered to every palate and dietary need in our family. Located 3 minutes' walk from the beach, Sun Village hotel offers rooms with views over the sea, pool or the mountains. The hotel has 2 swimming pools and offers free WiFi. Was here for 11 days with my girlfriend. The staff is very friendly, the front desk staff more than helpful with all questions I had. The room we got had a city and a sea view, had two balconies which I think is only one such room per floor. Great food verity , for breakfast more or less the same everyday but you can only get so creative for breakfast. Dinner had great options to choose from (chicken, fish, pork, venison as well as vegetarian options...), side dishes as well as deserts and fruits. The room was clean and cleaned daily.

Costa Encantada Suites & Resort is set in extensive grounds in a beautiful location between the sea and mountains. Everything was perfect but for this I would like to give this credit to Taati, She was one of the best part of this resort, she made our stay unforgettable, she's been so nice through out our stay, very vigilant, attentive and always ready to help. The food tastes so good, the staff in the restaurant was also very kind, i would say the chef has some good taste in his hands. The fruits were always very fresh. For the kids this place is heaven, pools and a lot of other activities, I would say this was our best vacations ever.

Medplaya Aparthotel Esmeraldas is 650 metres from Tossa de Mar Beach, on the Costa Brava. It offers a seasonal outdoor pool, and air-conditioned apartments with satellite TV and private balcony. 5 STARS for this excellent apartment, great communication,and requests honoured. Lovely staff, everywhere was spotless, pool and bar area very comfortable, breakfast was very good, varied selections of good quality food. Ideal location for family groups, quiet area,but near shops and beach. Apartment was so well equipped, with wash up pack, teatowel, soaps shower gel. shampoo.also safe. Overall excellent.

RVHotels Nautic Park is in a quiet area of Platja d’Aro on the Costa Brava. It offers an outdoor pool and air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and flat-screen TV. Such a good value for money accommodation that we actually ended up booking a room in two instances: first on our way up Costa Brava and then on our way back down to towards Barcelona. Good free parking right outside the hotel and even a possibility to park in their underground parking lot. Comfortable room with everything you could need. One of the widest variety breakfast buffets I have seen.

Located 200 metres from Tossa de Mar’s Platja Gran Beach, this hotel has a rooftop swimming pool and terrace. Location was good and because the city was small and beautiful! Everything was near the hotel - beach and restaurants and shops.
