Everything was excellent, location, facilities, value for money. We were in the sister hotel across the street but accessing all facilities which was great, letting us stay in a calm hotel but benefiting from all inclusive accommodation and activities.

Steigenberger Alcazar is the latest venue in Nabq around 15 minutes from Sharm El-Sheikh International Airport. Staying at Steigenberger Alcazar was a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The service was excellent – staff were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The restaurants offered a wide variety of delicious food, and the pools as well as the beach area created a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Everything was well-organized and exceeded our expectations. I would like to give special thanks to Alina from the guest relations team for her exceptional support and warm attitude. She made our stay even more memorable and ensured we felt truly welcomed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious holiday.

I had the pleasure of staying at Rixos Premium Seagate with my family for 7 days, and without exaggeration, it was one of the most amazing and memorable experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly organized and the hospitality was outstanding. I would like to give special thanks and deep appreciation to Mr. Ahmed Afifi from Guest Relations, who truly made our stay exceptional. His personal attention, care, and professionalism went above and beyond. He ensured that every detail was taken care of and made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Located in Sharm El Sheikh, SUNRISE Montemare Resort -Grand Select- features 4 outdoor pools, a private beach and a restaurant. Beach is well served with a beach bar which comes to life at sunset time with DJs and dancers. Beach beds are comfortable and they have windbreakers also. Beach staff are very helpful in setting everything up for you. Beach is super clean. Restaurants are great with a good variety, and the buffet was exceptional. The staff and chefs in the buffet are true professionals. My husband has a wheat allergy and they have a great system where you have a card with any allergies listed. They took everything very seriously, it meant he could relax. Ahmed and his team in the buffet were exceptional. Food was great. My fave restaurant was Salt which is seafood. Liked it´s proximity to the bar. We had a junior suite with a sea view which meant it was one of the closest rooms to the beach. It was extremely generously sized and very comfortable. Super King bed, comfortable. Plenty of fresh water, stocked mini bar etc. I was glad to have this location as I prefer the beach vibe, the sunset bar, also meant it was close to most of the restaurants as well as gym and spa. Blocks 18 upwards were in this location. Also, if you aren´t a fan of the night entertainment, be sure to ask as there were many rooms that had it right by them. There are 7 different pools, 2 with swim up bar, 1 heated. There is also daily classes in a beach area and a beach gym and fresh juice bar. Staff everyone are very helpful and friendly. So made it very easy to relax from the get go. I´d happily return to this resort if I was coming back to Sharm El Sheikh.
