Our stay at Gemma Resort was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we felt like VIPs, welcomed with cold drinks and warm hospitality. The check-in process was seamless, with the receptionist providing all necessary information in a calm and professional manner. We opted for a family room with an all-inclusive package, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with a fridge stocked daily with water and beverages. The air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring comfort throughout our stay. One of the biggest highlights was the food quality. Each day offered a variety of fresh and flavorful options, with excellent dishes served at the main restaurants as well as by the pool and beach. From authentic pizza and sandwiches to sweet treats and snacks, everything was top-notch. The drinks were equally impressive—no watered-down cocktails here! Generous pours of quality alcohol, great coffee, and fantastic wine reflected the resort’s dedication to excellence. The resort itself feels like a picturesque village, full of serene corners to relax and lively areas for entertainment. Multiple pools, beautiful hidden spots, and a well-thought-out layout make it an ideal destination for those looking to unwind. If there’s one thing that truly sets Gemma Resort apart, it’s the staff. They treat guests as people, not as walking ATMs—something truly priceless. There’s no sense of obligation to tip, yet their service is so genuine that we felt happy to do so at the end of our stay. Their warmth and professionalism made our experience even more special. During our visit in mid-February, the resort was peaceful, not overcrowded, and the weather was pleasant, albeit a bit windy at times. We noticed that many guests were returning visitors, mostly from Italy (about 90%). Gemma Resort exceeded all expectations, offering top-tier hospitality, fantastic food, and a relaxing environment.

Everything was wonderful – one of the best services I've experienced. Even European hotels could learn a lot about customer service from this hotel. A special thank you to Mostafa, who was my personal assistant and the manager of the front office. He is a true professional in business development and client relations. The hospitality at this hotel made me fall in love with Egypt all over again. The staff is attentive to every detail, and they made my birthday unforgettable. It's also a great hotel for children, with a beautiful lagoon in the sea and an aquapark. A big thank you to the animators – very well done and diverse. There's something for everyone. The cocktails and coffee were also of excellent quality, especially for Egypt. I will definitely be coming back, possibly even this year.

Pickalbatros Sea World Resort - Marsa Alam- "Aqua Park" has a fitness centre, garden, a private beach area and shared lounge in Quseir. We had really good time in Sea World Resort. We enjoyed every minute of our holiday. Staff was very nice and smiled all the time. We also appreciate nice surprices from the hotel and late check out because our flight departed next day early morning . I have to highlight Marzena, she cared if everything is ok or can help us with something all the time.

Drinks and Snacks were excellent. The landscape and the facilities offer the possibility for the children to have fun, and for the adults to enjoy their time and relax. Our room was beachfront, which gives the possibility to enjoy a morning tea with a view of the Red sea. It was always clean, thanks to Sary, who also gave my children something to wonder about, everyday which shape would be formed of the towels. The coral rief of the hotel is viable, a lot of fish and interesting aquatic creatures.

The location of the property is excellent, just a few minutes from the airport, the services are extraordinary, nothing is missing, free wi-fi, extraordinary cuisine that satisfies all the tastes of the various guests from all over the world. Unexpected holiday that far exceeded expectations. My extremely positive comment is especially for those who work within the structure who know how to make the stay very familiar. Thank you thank you thank you Mahmoud. In every resort there should be a person like Mahmoud who does not abandon his guests and was an important link that united us guests with the structure. All the staff work with a smile, happy and transmit their serenity to their customers too. I thank the two chefs Ahmed and Osman who are always ready to cook with all their commitment and ability, bringing out delicious dishes from the kitchen. The kitchen manager Ahmed Ali was a fantastic, unique person and above all very good at his job. I had the opportunity to meet equally special people like Wafe who monitored everything in the pool with a careful eye, Wael who accompanied us to the wonderful Italian restaurant Dolce Vita, Hassan, Abanou b, Beshoy, Alaa all excellent waiters and staff of the structure. With these people the holiday was extraordinary. The spacious, clean rooms, all with balconies or outdoor spaces facing the sea or swimming pools. Pools with warm and clean water, fun slides, very engaging and pleasant entertainment and above all a pier that leads to a wonderful coral reef. Three corners Happy Life is a guarantee in everything. One word to sum it all up: EXCELLENT

With a secluded private beach, this all-inclusive resort is located in Berenice, Hamata. It offers a freshwater outdoor pool with views of the Red Sea. Rooms include private balconies or terraces. Amazing Resort situated in a great area for outside activities and adventures. The garden was full of flowers and birds, very taken care. We enjoyed the Bedouin tent so much and the ginger coffee too. Snorkelling there for the first time has beed a lifetime memories.

Seemingly part of the natural environment between sandy mountains and deepest blue seas is the Mövenpick Resort El Quseir. I used to go to this resort every year as a child and now I came back after 15 years. It's still amazing. The coral reef is still beautiful and the food has even become better. I can highly recommend this hotel because the price value experience is amazing.
