The most perfect place for vacation you could imagine. There are no words to describe how large the resort is and all the amenities they have, from the heating pools to the water slides and so many bars and restaurants. All staff are 10/10, they are so helpful and they are really doing their best to make you feel welcome and provide you all you may need during your stay. I have to mention mr Haytham from front office which number i got when we booked our stay and our entire 12 days that we spent there he was link with hotel and he was there for all our questions and requests. He even upgraded our room for free, which by the way we didn’t ask for but anyway he gave us one of the best rooms with most amazing view and location in resort. When we booked our stay i was really shocked by the rating they have on both booking and google, but after these 12 days all is clear and we will definitely come back in close future. We liked the cleanliness, the pools, the activities, the diving center next to the hotel and the spa. The staff was very nice and the food and drinks were very good, we didn't get sick. I would highly recommend this ressort ! The gym is also nice

Everything but especially the people, In particular Mahmoud Eldeeb from Reception, we met him last year in our previous holiday and he always makes us feel at home, he is super nice and professional at the same time! We also want to say that Said the chef is amazing, he cooked amazingly well always available for our request especially for our daughter. All the guys in the restaurants especially Gaia and Lucina restaurants made our holiday unforgettable, the reception team in the person of Said treated us 5 stars, we will be back for sure ❤️

Amazing resort and the best staff you will find here! This resort is super clean and new and anything you desire they will help you with at the front office 24/7. The pool is amazing, very big and warm & has amazing staff! It was really a relaxing and blissful stay :)

Facing the beachfront, Grand Palace - Couples only 18 years plus offers 5-star accommodation in Hurghada and features an outdoor swimming pool, garden and private beach area. We have only ever been to an all-inclusive resort once before, a 3 day stay in Mexico. The Grand Palace was an absolutely wonderful experience. The food was great. The grounds were lovely. The staff was amazing. From our housekeeper Araby to the wait staff to the front desk people, we were treated very well. I’m not the best one to judge resorts, but this stay was very, very enjoyable.

We had a great stay, from the welcome drinks to our special Head butler Hanna who took care of us from the moment we got here. Service and food was amazing we never had an empty glass or plate. Expect fine dining food portions- if in doubt order 2 they'll be more than happy to help. All restaurants included an all inclusive service. We recommend Casa Romana and the mandarin The resort is a secluded little paradise with plenty to do on site. The spa has now opened for massages, a must try!

This place is a very nice destination for the family, it has excellent facilities, activities and very family oriented with the kids activities and entertainment all day long, that won’t let you bored to go out of the resort. The staff is super helpful and friendly, they look into details to make your stay comfortable and ensure that your experience is amazing. We spent there 5 unforgettable days with our 2 kids, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the restaurants are varied with all kinds of food (Thanks to all the chiefs for the High Quality and Super Tasty food options across the meals), additionally, the all inclusive is really worth it as it covers around the clock food and beverages for the kids. The management is very welcoming and ready to accommodate your inquiries and questions, Mr. Sherif ( Reception Desk Manager) was of a great support and help since we arrived and throughout our stay till the checkout. The service is really great and fast. We will definitely return back to Pick Albatrous white beach whenever we are planning to come to Hurghada. I hope and urge the management to keep maintaining the great service.
