The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in smooth and even offering us a complimentary room upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise. The bartenders (especially Ahmed in the lobby bar!) were friendly and professional, always ready with a smile and great service at any time of day. The facilities were excellent — everything was clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible. From the pools to the beach area, everything contributed to a very relaxing stay. Moreover, in this hotel I was able to remote work and relax near the pool! such a great experience! Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a worry-free holiday in Hurgada

The staff were all very friendly and always willing to help with a smile. The pools were also very nice and added to the relaxing atmosphere.

Beautiful, big rooms and clean pools. Beds are comfy. Lovely grounds and beach. Buffet was good and the beach restaurant was always great. Ahmed at the front desk was super friendly and really helpful.

I stayed at many hotels in Egypt on this trip, but all the staff at this hotel were especially kind and polite. I would like to especially thank Hanna for his support. There are many restaurants so you will never get bored of eating. Although it is a little far from the city center, it is a quiet location and it is nice to relax and enjoy the sea.Especially,the atmosphere of the pool area is great.
