Super value for money compatible with more expensive hotels in Veligrad. We had a wonderful time, very clean, lovely pool/steam room/sauna and jacuzzi, temperature of the water was lovely. Food was very good both a la carte and the buffet with a good DJ on the Friday night. Location is very good at the centre of town. Will visit again.

Everything exceeded my expectations - from the behavior of the staff to the quality of the facilities. The hospitality was marvelous - from the arrival, we were warmly greeted at the reception, and every request and/or inquiry we had was responded to as soon as possible. The hygiene is very high, and the kitchen is being run by professionals. Bartenders are friendly and fun to chat with.

Hotel Perelik benefits from a central location in the centre of the Pamporovo resort, boasting newly renovated well-appointed accommodation and a wide range of eating venues. We booked the maisonette for 3 adults and 2 children, and it was a great choice. The upstairs separate bedroom was a huge hit with the kids. The rooms were very clean, the view was amazing, and the breakfast was delicious. The pool and spa center were super clean and a big bonus. The staff were absolutely amazing, and went above and beyond to help us out with an issue with our vehicle, making sure our trip ended on a high note. 100% we will stay here again.
