The rooms are impeccably clean and tidy, which contributed to our complete comfort. The entire ambiance of the hotel is warm and welcoming, creating a sense of hospitality. I recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect stay, and I will definitely return again!

The room and spa were great. Has a ski rental in the same building and a room to leave your own ski equipment if needed. Has a free shuttle to easily get to the gondola and back. Location was also great, only a few minutes walk from the center. The cold bath and saunas are great for recovery after a long ski day. We also took the massage one day and it was refreshing. Really great value for every buck.

Casa Karina Apartments are situated only 100 metres from the cabin ski lift at the foot of the Pirin Mountains in Bansko. The apartments boast views over the Pirin and Rila Moutains. The hotel was really pleasant. The room was lovely, the view from the room was gorgeous. The bathroom and amenities were perfect. All the areas - around the spa center, the lobby, the restaurant, were well organized and tidy. We enjoyed the food and the atmosphere to the fullest. Would definitely come back.

Stayed for one week,staff was great,rooms were very clean and good size(I had an apartment with 2 bedrooms) The only remark the menu could improve a little bit,not too many choices but in general was tasty and I enjoy it. I recommend it and maybe I'll book it again.

Molerite Complex has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Bansko. Each accommodation at the 4-star hotel has river views, and guests can enjoy access to a sauna and a hammam. Great hotel with a view on the mountain. The restaurant offers excellent food. The rooms are nice and big, clean and cozy. One of the downsides is that parking on the street is paid, but the personnel offered to help with payment details.

What makes the Bansko Spa & Holidays Hotel unique is one of the best spa centres in Bansko, the perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes. Everything was wonderful. We were there with our dog (a large breed). The hotel met our expectation - clean and comfortable room, very good breakfast and dinner.
