Just 100 metres from the centre of Saalbach, Alpinresort ValSaa - Sport & Spa is a 2-minute walk from the Schattberg Xpress Ski Lift. The ski lifts Bernkogel and Kohlmais are a 5 to 8-minute walk... Staff was amazing; super friendly and helpful. Most were bilingual which is a huge plus.

A 10-minute walk from the centre of Saalbach, Hotel DIE SONNE offers a spa area with an indoor pool, and rooms featuring a balcony overlooking the mountains. Free WiFi is available in all areas. The hotel was perfect. Very well run family hotel. All staff were warm, friendly and attentive. Everything was kept exceptionally clean. This includes all the public areas such as the toilets, the sauna and the spa area. It runs a complimentary shuttle service that takes guests to the lifts and back (only 5 min ride away but a lot easier by car). There was a good selection of food. Breakfast offer was excellent. The room was spacious with good storage space, a balcony and a bath. There was an evening entertainment on one of the nights with a local musician - Peter W., which was excellent. He got everyone dancing. There is a kids club for non-skiers but we didn't use it as our daughter went to a ski school. We had a fabulous holiday. Thank you!

Hotel Kendler is a family-run 4-star-superior hotel in the pedestrian zone in the heart of Saalbach, only a few minutes’ walk away from the cable cars and the Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang ski, hiking... Great staff, great food. Lovely facilities.
