This was a little gem that we discovered. It had a wonderful pool that overlooked the bay. The room was comfortable and very clean.

The hotel was great, the pool area and the beach is not over crowded and it was very clean. The staff were really pleasant and helpful in every aspect - very professional and very polite (from the staff at the reception, to the staff in the restaurant, cleaning ladies, everyone!)There were activities for children and for adults every day. The view from the room was amazing - looking at the pool and the sea. The room and the hotel itself is very clean and they provide you with new towels for the beach every day.

Funtana Resort is located right on the coast in the small town of the same name, with attractive cycling and hiking trails and olive oil and wine roads that lead to the largest vineyard in Istria. Everything was great. The rooms clean, comfi beds, good wifi. Restaurant with delicious food, big variety of different hot and cold food, everyone could find what they want to eat. The staff was constantly going around the tables and took away the used plates, and clean the tables. It felt better then in many 4star hotels. The beach was great, enough sunbeds for everyone, and we really liked that we could use the sport gears for free. We played minigolf, tenis, get SUPs and waterbikes. Everything was about the guests, so we had a very relaxing holiday.

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for, thanks to the incredible team who made every detail of our visit special. We loved it so much that we book three extra nights so our seventeen nights stay was amazing. The staff deserve the highest praise — each person we encountered went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. Mato, the talented bartender at the lobby bar, impressed us every evening with his warm conversation, professionalism and perfect cocktails. In the restaurant dining area, Ana and Miloje provided service that was both attentive and sincerely friendly — dining was always a pleasure, especially during the themed dinner nights, which offered delicious variety and a touch of fun to every meal. We also spent time at the snack bar, where Alla, the bartender, was equally amazing — always cheerful and ready with a smile and a refreshing drink just when we needed it most. A special mention must go to Iva, the receptionist, whose kindness and warmth made our entire stay feel welcoming and personal. She was always ready to help, answer questions, or simply brighten our day with her friendly demeanor. We would also like to thank Sanja, our cleaning lady, who kept our room spotless and was always so kind and respectful — her work added to the comfort and ease we felt throughout our stay. And of course, our experience by the pool was elevated by the exceptional work of Zoran, who made sure everything ran smoothly and that guests could fully relax and enjoy. His helpfulness and professionalism did not go unnoticed and made our days by the water even more enjoyable. To all the staff at Remisens Hotel Albatros, we extend our heartfelt gratitude. Thank you for your hard work, genuine care, and dedication to making our stay so memorable.

It's nice and cozy.. a straw-hut camp with no electricity (other than a few small wall lamps and usb ports that take like 8 hours to charge a phone) underneath big pine trees, lots of plants.. almost like staying at a botanical garden. Did not have problems any with mosquitoes and could sleep all night without worrying.. And although every bed has a mosquito net, I imagine if they're active, the stay gets les enjoyable :) The food was great. I imagine in peak season the lines at getting the food get annoyingly long.. but it wasn't all that crowded and the lines were manageable :) The beach is also awesome - lots of shade and sun, depending what you like. There is a crowded sandy part ideal for playing with the kids.. And rocky parts all around where you can enjoy with less people around.. Also, a lot of activities and things to do (sports.. or take a kayak or a sup.. or learn sailing or wind surfing).. and a lot of activities interesting to kids (like mini disco and other entertainment programs). We had luck and great weather each day.. i don't know how cozy it would feel on stormy nights.. or days :)

Bluesun hotel Neptun – All inclusive offers an all-inclusive service with a variety of activities and a large outdoor pool. Food was good, plenty of it to choose, even for vegetarians. Close to the beach, pools immaculately clean, good beds to sleep in. Staff was very friendly.
