Everything was perfect - the room, the atmosphere. They even prepared a lovely surprise for my birthday, which made the day feel extra special. The First Collection Dubai Marina is an upscale hotel with breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea and Dubai Marina. The property offers free shuttle service to the malls and DMCC metro station. The hotel is in a great spot for marina and beach access as well as metro station for visiting the city centre and malls. Amazing quality, cleanliness and service for money paid and the position is a 10/10. For this review specifically, a huge thank you to Awani our room manager and Ayola, our butler who helped with all aspects of our stay, in the room, transportation and tips for Dubai. All went smoothly because of them, including check out and transfers to and from the airport. Very kind people who I will definitely contact again for future stays in Dubai

There was some mistake on booking.com hotel profile; I booked family room of 68 sq m, but in reality this room was 38 sq m. After discovering that, I went to sort it out to reception - and they handled it in a very good way, admitted mistake; It took a while, but eventually we were given different room in different hotel that met our expectations / initial booking. (hotel was in the same hotel compound, just 200m away). They also corrected booking.com description immediatelly. This is the true value of good customer service - handling exceptions; And this was a trip for my parents / 70th year birthday of my dad - Patrick, thanks a lot and warm regards to JA staff!
