The resort is exceptional, I would highly recommend a short break here if you are flying on Emirates or Etihad, the drive from AUH airport was only an hour and the seclusion and uniqueness of this desert resort is a must.

Panoramic views of the Rub al Khali Desert can be admired from this 5-star resort’s infinity pool and sun-lounger terrace. My family stayed in a garden view room. The garden is directly connected to the pool, so the children enjoyed the pool very much. The view of the desert seamlessly connected from the pool was beautiful. We enjoyed delicious food and drinks as the room was all-inclusive. We had a problem with the water in the bathroom and the staff took good care of us. I appreciate to HTET. The staff was friendly and kept the kids entertained, thanks Moazam. The staff, location, and facilities are all excellent and highly recommended.

Located on Hafeet Mountain at 915 metres, Mercure Grand is a unique oasis resort with a refined architecture. It offers 3 restaurants and 3 swimming pools with water slides. I stayed at Oryx Grand Hotel Jabal Hafeet with my family and rented two rooms. The staff was wonderful, especially the employee Sarah, who provided excellent service. The location is very beautiful in terms of the view and cleanliness, and the check-in process was smooth. However, I have a few comments: - There is no breakfast included with the booking, and the meal prices are quite high. - The towels and bedding in the room were old. Despite these comments, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to a future trip to the same hotel. Thank you
