I had a pleasant stay the few days I stayed at the property. The staff was very friendly throughout, the warmth of the people who allowed you to serve yourself whatever you wanted for breakfast, and the option of checking in early. It's clear they really do it to serve their fellow guests.

Location amazing, walking distance to subway,Central Park, Time Square, 5th avenue and all the main to-do hallmarks in NY. Surrounded by tin of convenience stores, restaurants and coffee shops to complement breakfast, dinner… It was super family friendly, we travelled with our 8 and 2 year old kid, parking was conveniently arranged with a garage that provided a great discount to Hotel guests.
