I love everything. Our stay here was exceptional thanks to the personal. They always exceed expectations and took care about the smallest details. A lot of delicious food, personal assistant 24/7 via WhatsApp, the own hotel application that allow you to follow the entertainment schedule and book restaurants. Great spa that make the hotel the good place to be even in the low season. Very comfortable beds.

Thank you for a super comfortable and relaxing holiday. I would specially like to thank the staff for being extremely welcoming, smiley and helpful. After a few days, we started feeling like at home. Special thanks to Sevim at Luna cafe for being always cheerful and welcoming as well as Ramazan and all the waiting staff at the main restaurant. The food was also always fresh, lots of variety and super tasty.

The staff was very attentive, checking in periodically throughout my stay to make sure everything was functioning well and that I had everything that I needed. Otherwise, the hotel has all of the facilities one could possibly need (shops, pool, spa, medical services, guest support, restaurants, bars, etc). The bus stops to get to the city centre are close and so is the beach.

I have stayed in many all inclusive hotels and I have to say this is one of the best. The rooms are spacious, the restaurant even though busy did not feel like a school canteen. The food was made with fresh produce and they offered a variety of different options. The stations where kept full until closed. They also had signature Restaurants to book and a pool bar / food throughout the day. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from their private beach. They have transport every 30 minutes if needed. There is a bar and restaurant also located at the beach area. They have a small water park to the back of the hotel. During the day they have pool activities and a beautiful spa. Yelda is an excellent beautician. I would recommend the hydra facial. Memo is a good sales person. In the evening they had entertainment for both adults and children and they also had a day club for the little ones. Even though the hotel was busy, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you for a memorable holiday.

Liked everything and how all the amenities and activities were located close to the hotel and shuttle buses being provided. Especially loved having Starbucks coffee everyday and unlimited drinks. Workers were great, helpful and professional.

The food was amazing with lots of options. My kids really enjoyed the fast food and ice creams. The pool and slides were great too and the pool water wasn’t too deep or dirty. We also enjoyed the beach front. Everything was perfect and the night shows and disco too were amazing. All in all we had a perfect trip. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and shall come visit again ..

Highly recommending for you to book them!! The food, the staff, the place are 10/10. I've been to many places, but never met such a friendly and helpful staff before. The receptionists are speaking good english and always there for your requests.🥰 I was worried about the food, because my stomach is sensitive; but never had a problem with any of the food I've eaten here. Many variations of delicious foods are served, also by the loveliest waiters and chefs. The rooms are tidy, the cleaning ladies are also really nice and the spacious, clean beach is max. 5 mins away by foot. Thank you for everyone for our pleasant stay, you're the bests. 💗
