The concierge and guest relations team were incredibly helpful, always ready with a smile and great recommendations. The housekeeping staff kept everything spotless—special thanks to the lovely cleaning ladies for their attention to detail. But the true star of our stay was Muhammed, the bartender at the lobby bar. His warmth, professionalism, and charm made every visit to the bar a highlight. He remembered our favorite drinks, always greeted us like old friends, and brought such a positive energy to the space. An absolute gem of a person and a total star! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who values top-notch service and genuine hospitality.

Great sea view room with balcony in the main building. A WhatsApp assistant at all times was a nice touch. Good choice of food at the restaurants. Friendly staff to accommodate our needs (we are vegetarian).
