Club Hotel Sera is one of my favorite hotels to stay. Because of gorgeous ottoman palace design, because of the comfort and of excellent location (by the sea but also near to the airport and to the shops),because of the lovely garden with palms,flowers and mandarin trees, because of the live piano music in the lobby and restaurant, but most of all because of the people who are working here. Our favorite, and we know her for years now, - manager of reception NEGIN- she is a fairy from a fairytale, always smiling , helping, is always there with a sincere smile! Mustafa (also know him for years now)on reception desk - the most experienced, always helps and advises in any question. Sana -the guest relation, the smiling “sister”- fairy of Negin) The flower of Sera ) Nargul, medical department - the most welcoming and efficient) Yasmin ,in the lobby bar - thank you for your work and for your songs! Dear Sera Club, we will come back again, that’s for sure!!

Very good location of the hotel, it took us circa 20 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel. Cozy rooms with stunning sea views. Dock is very convenient. Friendly stuff. The room was cleaned daily and clean towers were provided as well. A great variety of food, there is something for everyone. Moreover, there are billiard, ping pong, different board games and a library in the hotel, so no one gets bored . We had a fantastic family holiday and will definitely return!
