Literally everything was perfect. It was exactly what we were looking for, an happy oasis. The staff was really kind and super good organised, they had a pool to relax watching the see and another pool with an entertainment for the whole day with an exceptional team. The food in all the restaurants was extraordinary and each one with a signature drink that was really a good combination to the style and plates of the place. We can’t wait to come again!

Ernesto in the steakhouse was exceptional for our fine dining experience. The food is exceptional overall in the resort along with offerings for children that are amazing. The drinks are perfectly made by mixologists and every premium alcohol brand is all inclusive. The personalised workout classes is a must! The staff was very attentive, they let us check in and enjoy the resort before our room was ready which was nice to get our day started. The staff was always available to help out and refill our drinks. The food was good with a good amount of options. We spent most of our time laying on the beach under the umbrellas

Wow, this was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The service,the staff, plenty of food and drinks at a very high level, a crazy location with a private beach of rare beauty. The best place to spend your holidays in Cancun! The staff of the hotel offered a great experience by providing a friendly but also professional environment. The food was tastefull! Every meal we had in place was offering a variety of dishes (variety of different international cuisines) as a result you were never felt without an option on food. The cocktails were made from 1st label drinks! The beach of the hotel is sandy and the water of the Caribbean sea is crystal clear.
