The location is perfect and the overall hotel atmosphere is wonderful. The staff are friendly and helpful. What i liked more is the breakfast, the food was well cooked and tasty especially the bakery.

Beautiful and excellent property, good location, and the rooms are clean with a great mix of decorations and equipment , The staff are welcoming and very nice, would definitely recommend it, the stay far exceeded our expectations.

Our stay at this all-inclusive resort was simply beyond expectations! From the warm and seamless welcome at the reception ( with m.zakaria and m.mohamed ali) to the outstanding quality of service with m.FAYSAL AND REDA whose made every meal a true culinary experience. The entertainment team kept the energy alive day and night with fun activities, sports, and vibrant shows — we especially enjoyed the golf sessions and the dynamic animation led by Hassan, who made every moment unforgettable. A big applause to Emy, the amazing head of animation, whose energy, creativity, and leadership made the entire entertainment program extraordinary. Souki and Fati at the Kids Club deserves a special mention as well — her patience, warmth, and genuine love for children created magical memories for our little ones. Rachid and the two Youssefs from the animation team also stood out for their enthusiasm, talent, and constant good mood, making every guest feel included and entertained. A very special thank you to Mr. Oublid, who personally ensures that everything runs smoothly for every guest — his dedication truly makes the difference. We also greatly appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the nurse, always attentive and caring, which brought an extra touch of comfort and reassurance to our stay. Lovely and kind staff. Excellent food, good work by animation and massive hotel with very clean rooms. Recommend this hotel and definitely coming back, special shout out to Smiley, Younes and Hiba for great work and communication.

The staff was phenomenal. The bar manager, Yasmine is top notch! The entire entertainment staff were amazing…Papes is doing a great job with the entertainment. The drummer, Mimouhn is outstanding and very entertaining with all the guests. The dancers, Cherif and Amal were our favorites. Sanae is the sweetest..they all made our stay a forever memory. A special mention for Mohssine he’s an amazing server. His service is phenomenal. Zouhir served the best Moroccan tea. Zouhir and Hicham organized a FANTASTIC excursion…an unforgettable experience…. I will be back!

We had a great time in this beautiful resort from the day one we arrived First pool view was totally amazing Food and drinks very good ilham and mehdi were very friendly with us I really want to thanks Mouad for helping us to book for some restaurants around Marrakech
