We really liked our stay in Courtyard by Marriott Gurugram. Especially, the chef de partie Mr Rohit Kumar Godiyal was very attentive to the guests. The food was delicious. The personel tried to serve us in a high level!

I checked in several hours behind schedule, thanks to the incredibly bad customer service of Qatar Airways, who had not only destroyed my suitcase but to add insult to injury, had kept me waiting for over 2 hours to file a damage report. I was obviously not in a good mood. However, the hotel immediately sensed that and upgraded me to their nicest room as a way to ensure that I at least had a comfortable end to a long and stressful day. I cannot underscore just how much I appreciated this simple act of acknowledgment of my mental state and the generous act of kindness in such a situation. The room was obviously very comfortable and luxurious. Breakfast was delicious and full of options to satisfy every palate.

The interior is nicely arranged, the rooms are very cosy but what I liked the most was the food. Absolutely exceptional dal makhani.

Everything about the stay was nice, from the staff to the rooms. Nothing to complain about. The hospitality was simply amazing.
