Moreover, they(Ms. Khusi Aryal & Mr. Amit) provided me with valuable information about the hotel facilities, dining options, and nearby attractions, making my stay even more enjoyable. Throughout my stay, the Front Office staff Ms. Khusi Aryal consistently displayed exceptional customer service skills. She is always available to assist me with any inquiries or requests, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude & sweet smile at all times.
