Exceptional Hotel Experience! We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The structure itself is great, with beautiful, well-maintained facilities that make it a pleasure to spend time in. The location is also excellent. The real highlight, though, is the food: Every meal over the past week has been a memorable experience, with exceptional variety and meticulous attention to detail in each dish. Every bite, from savory dishes to desserts, feels special. And speaking of desserts—they’re absolutely incredible, as tempting as they are delicious. I’ve never seen anything like this in any other hotel. The breakfast was also really good, offering a wide selection that catered to every taste. I highly recommend booking the half board as we did, you won’t find a restaurant better than this! What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention of the staff from start to finish. They are friendly, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience. Can’t recommend it enough! I rarely return to the same place twice, but here, I may rethink my rule. Thank you!

Great hotel a few meters away from the beach. Verry clean, nice rooms, and friendly staff, especially the chefs. The food was exceptional (breakfast and dinner). Every day the chefs prepared new dishes, some of them prepared on the spot.

Everything was splendid! First class place with first class staff! Everybody make you feel like guest - not like customer. Place was very (extremely) clean, everywhere smells like apple garden . Food was very nice too. George-opeations manager, is the best host we have ever had. If you have chosen to visit Crete- this is the place you will fill home(even better)! Thank you all guys! Since August 24 to September 5, we had a holiday at the "Galini Sea View" hotel. We had 12-days all-inclusive holiday and we we were arranged an individual free of charge transfer from the airport to the hotel by the wonderful Reservation Manager - Malefioudakis Manolis. Also we had free upgrade of our room up to meisonenette. It was very nice and clean!!! Our holiday began with friendly people, good and sunny weather! Every day in the restaurant we were served by wonderful and friendly waiters. Everything that was needed was immediately arranged... water, extra cutlery, etc And everything was done with a smile and politely. The food was also delicious and plentiful! Even when the lunch time ended, you could finish your breakfast, lunch or dinner without rushing... and you haven’t been told that time is finished 😂 The room was cleaned every day and very good! Towels were changed every day! There was a new bottle of water in the room every day! We would like to say separately thank you to the wonderful lady OLGA for such care! She is incredible and very kind woman!!! We had to use the shuttle to the beach, which was always available!!! The wonderful guys were always happy to drive us to the beach and from the beach to the hotel! We thank them very and very much! But our greatest gratitude goes to the wonderful lady on the golf cart - Ranahtni, she always helped us get to the beach with great courtesy. A wonderful lady, pleasant, kind and polite !!! The sea was very warm, the water was clean, the beach was beautiful! You have to pay for sunbeds on the beach... two sunbeds and an umbrella - 10€.

The property is absolutely fantastic. Location is superb. Facilities are great. Great breakfast, variety of Lunch, snacks and wonderful dinner every day. We were on All Inclusive, so we didn’t need anything else regarding food and drinks. We had 2 rooms, one of them with a private pool and it was really beautiful. Rooms are very spacious and with all the necessities required. Both rooms were equipped with a small kitchenette a living room which we had a sofa bed in, separate bedroom and a bathroom . Shower was very spacious and comfortable. The room with the private pool was also with snacks, wine, beer, soft drinks etc. The private beach and the beach is really nice. The people from the reception are really helpful . They suggested us with excursions which we really enjoyed

We had a great stay at Santa Marina. The staff were super friendly and welcoming! The hotel is right in front of a beautiful sandy beach with sun beds available. One of the bars is right by the beach to enjoy some drinks without leaving your spot.
