The first and the most important in this hotel is the staff! Everyone was just exceptionally good, welcoming you as if you are a family member. They create the atmosphere of relaxation and good mood. The complex itself is big, well maintained, consists of two hotels divided by the road but connected by a bridge. We stayed in the older part of the complex and we loved it although It needs some upgrades (gym for instance). Beach area is really nice. We appreciated that the music in the beach bar was not loud and one can enjoy the sound of the sea, it was very relaxing.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, modern and comfortable. The food was delicious. I especially appreciated the fresh ingredients and the thoughtful options for every palate. The hotel grounds were immaculate and the multiple pools provided a peaceful and refreshing escape. The atmosphere was calm and serene, making it the perfect place to unwind. Super easy, great selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, friendly and helpful staff (particularly loving towards our baby daughter)! Friendly place in general - great for kids of all ages. Nice gardens. Water park is fun too!

Great hotel a few meters away from the beach. Verry clean, nice rooms, and friendly staff, especially the chefs. The food was exceptional (breakfast and dinner). Every day the chefs prepared new dishes, some of them prepared on the spot.

The hotel and rooms are absolutely beautiful, the staff were helpful and incredibly friendly. We had an amazing time. Everything from check in to check out was perfect and I could not fault Asterion at all! The pool area in particular and the ability to order drinks to sunbeds was just amazing, the food was always delicious from both restaurants and the service was impeccable throughout. The stay exceeded all our expectations! We definitely cannot wait to come back, you would be hard pressed to find a better all inclusive hotel. Thank you!
