our stay was absolutely amazing! we had very comfortable room with everything we need, staff was very helpful and patient to answer all our questions. We got upgraded to a seaview apartment at Porto Platanias Beach (sister hotel just across the road). It was calm and really nice, with a beautiful view. The upgrade made our stay exceed our expectations by far! The kids were happy - they played in the waterpark and drank virgin mojitos all day long. No cues at the water park and fun slides. The buffet included in the all inclusive package was okay - it met our expectations (which were quite low). The buffet restaurant was calm and had a nice view, especially the second floor.

Facing the beachfront, Castro Beach Hotel offers 4-star accommodation in Maleme and features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden.

A wonderful place to relax! Many thanks to all the hotel staff for their attentiveness, responsiveness, willingness to help, especially Christine. Our little son loved her very much) The hotel grounds are perfectly clean. The cleaning in the rooms is top notch. The food is simple and delicious! You can hear the sound of the waves, the sea is very close. Not a crowded neat beach. There is a good pool and a small slide for children. We liked everything, and we will definitely come again.

Calm, excellent area around the hotel lets your mind relax from the noise of the outside world. The staff is incredibly happy to help with any request. We've spent our 4th anniversary here and enjoyed every moment - from great coffee and wide selection of fresh food at the buffet, to Greek musicians in the evening playing calm, local music. You can walk around in flip flops or barefoot and enjoy the warm weather climate and the tranquility surrounding the property. Perfect escape (also for young adults just like us) for those who aren't into late partying and prefer early, calm mornings with calming sounds of the waves in the background. What's more, the owner of the hotel was there during our stay and he individually made sure with every guest in the morning that everything was fine during their stay. That's the extra touch that we appreciated much and never encountered at any other 5star hotel. The staff is one big family and you can sense that in the air. We've had an excellent stay. Highly recommend to couples in need of a calm and relaxing time off for themselves

Reception services at this hotel were exceptional! The staff was friendly and helpful, and they were able to provide me with luggage storage for the day after I checked out. The spa and gym facilities were top-notch, and I loved the stunning sea view from my room. Definitely I'll be back!
