The first and the most important in this hotel is the staff! Everyone was just exceptionally good, welcoming you as if you are a family member. They create the atmosphere of relaxation and good mood. The complex itself is big, well maintained, consists of two hotels divided by the road but connected by a bridge. We stayed in the older part of the complex and we loved it although It needs some upgrades (gym for instance). Beach area is really nice. We appreciated that the music in the beach bar was not loud and one can enjoy the sound of the sea, it was very relaxing.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, modern and comfortable. Super easy, great selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, friendly and helpful staff (particularly loving towards our baby daughter)! Friendly place in general - great for kids of all ages. Nice gardens. Water park is fun too!

Great hotel a few meters away from the beach. Verry clean, nice rooms, and friendly staff, especially the chefs. The food was exceptional (breakfast and dinner). Every day the chefs prepared new dishes, some of them prepared on the spot.

We got an upgrade when we arrived to a galaxy suite. We had our own mini pool and private terrace on the roof. Our room was beautiful, bright and clean. We were welcomed with a smoothie/juice at reception and in our room was a chilled bottle of sparkling wine and a fruit platter. They also allowed us to check in earlier than 3pm which was a bonus. The hotel itself is new and fresh and the outdoor pool and loungers are lovely. There are loungers on the beach also. It's in a rural seaside location around 30 mins drive from Chania Old town. You have a view of the sea from everywhere and it's a nice sandy beach too. We would recommend going all inclusive. The food selection was extensive from choice of fruits, salads, cold meat and cheeses to the hot food and desserts. They also have a la carte menus for lunch and dinner if you prefer. Staff were all very friendly and helpful all the time. Nothing was too much trouble.

Loved it! Hotel was a good size with two pools, two bars/restaurants and it’s right on the beach, as well as being very close to bars, restaurants and shops and a few mini golf/arcade type places. Staff were all lovely and our room was clean with a big balcony overlooking the hotel and the beach. We did all inclusive and the food was amazing with so much choice. Drinks choices were great too, especially liked being able to help yourself to wine, beer and soft drinks. We’ll definitely be staying here if we come back to Crete.
