The atmosphere of the place was incredible. As an architect, I can say that I absolutely loved the design and vibe of the hotel. We practically didn’t want to leave the hotel to explore the island. I would also like to extend my special thanks to the hotel staff. Having stayed at many hotels and resorts, I can confidently say that this was the highest quality and friendliest service I have ever experienced. The cocktails prepared by the bartenders at the pool bar were incredibly delicious, and they always went out of their way to make our vacation enjoyable. Lastly, I would like to mention the Italian restaurant staff and the chef. Everything we ate was unbelievably tasty. A special thank you to the guest experience managers, Tania and Stavroula, for helping me organize a surprise for my girlfriend.

The absolute holiday of dreams! We stayed for one week and wished we could stay forever! Never in my life have I met staff more friendly and accommodating than this hotel. Every single staff member we spoke to was happy to be there and super chatty and kind. Especially George! He was always coming over to us to make sure our stay was as amazing as it could be and was always there to have a chat with. The food was absolutely unreal, I am a picky eater and tried everything and loved it all! So many different options and even the snacks were huge portions. Even the breakfast was amazing for buffet styles. We tried the buffet for dinner once and it was delicious. They had high quality foods for everything, even the tiny details. The cocktails were absolute amazing, especially with an all inclusive you would believe they would water down the drinks but my god, they did not. The pools were amazing, the main pool was heated just slightly above the regular weather temperature so it was lovely, but the other pool was not heated so on the hotter days it was amazing for a quick dunk to cool down. The spa was absolutely unreal, I got the cleopatra body massage and my boyfriend got a shoulder and back massage. I felt like I could fall asleep it was amazing. They also had so many different options to choose from we asked for recommendations and went with those and we were not disappointed. The pool inside the spa was lovely and quiet. Most of the time the pool was empty so was amazing.

The personnel in the hotel is the best we have ever met! The rooms were clean, the stuff was always very helpful, all our requests were solved immediately. The hotel is very child-friendly: in the room we have got a prepared crib for our infant, in the restaurant the feeding chairs are available, there is also special shallow part in the swimming pool dedicated for kids. Our stay was a great experience! We would like to say the best greetings and words of appreciation to the wonderful restaurant, reception and housekeeping stuff! We hope we will come back very soon again!

Breakfast and all food was very good. Staff was very helpful. So clean everywhere. Lots of sunbeds. Room was large and when we came, there was a fruitplate and a bottle of wine for us. The cleaners also left free water bottles daily.

The resort as a whole was an amazing experience and the perfect couples getaway. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! We opted for the All- Inclusive package which was well worth the price. Upon checking in we were offered refreshing towels and champagne while we waited, the hostess assisted us in downloading the app where you can make reservations for the various different restaurants that were available on the resort. Our personal favorite was the Tex Mex restaurant we had the pleasure to dine in on Cinco de Mayo. All the bars served a delicious variety of drinks and the bartenders were very fun and friendly . When you go you have to make sure you get a drink from Panagiotis (the one with the cool mustache)! His humor and hospitality were top tier. The room was extremely clean and the sea view was spectacular. If you need anything the staff is readily available and quick to respond. If you are interested in doing things off the resort the staff can assist you in getting a taxi. The bay where most of the cruises start is only a 15 minute ride from the resort. There are also clubs and bars to go to that play all kinds of different music 15 min in the opposite direction. The most we paid for a taxi in either direction was about €27. To sum it up we have zero complaints. When we visit the island again we won’t be staying anywhere but here!!
