This hotel is perfect! They made us feel welcome and take such good care of everything. For kids this place is a dream come true. The pools are nice, the food is good and the people of Stella village are so kind. They have enough entertainment during the day.

The resort is absolutely beautiful, staff was amazing, extremely polite and helpful. There was a large array of food with each meal and the room was exactly as the photos. Highly recommend going here, 10/10!

It is by far the best resort I have ever visited. The employees are providing a fantastic service from the cleaning staff that keeps the resort spotless, to the lifeguards that keep the water park safe for all the customers and the front desk staff delivered great service throughout our stay The Stella resort’s Facilities are exceptional. And It’s location is great (by the beach and about 25 min from the airport). The water park is very fun, there are slides for all age groups and enough to keep the family entertained several days. Last but not least, the food provided is very good. The staff offers new options on a daily basis from grilled fresh fish to traditional Cretan dishes. We always found something great to eat and never felt bored. And we had a wonderful time at their new restaurant the Almyra (à la carte) with a great service and great selection of wines. All in all, our family had a fantastic vacation at the Stella Palace.

An absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home—especially Maria at check-in, who made the whole process quick and pleasant. The resort itself is stunning, with amazing well-kept pools, including swim-out options that add a real touch of luxury. The atmosphere is relaxing and beautifully maintained, perfect for a seaside escape. We especially enjoyed the all-inclusive drinks at the bars—plenty of variety and great service all around. The meals were delicious, inspired by local Greek cuisine, offering a nice blend of traditional flavors and fresh ingredients. There’s so much more to love about this place: friendly vibes, great amenities, and a perfect setting by the sea. Highly recommend it for both couples and families.

Amazing food, service, location, view! Everyday was awesome and with full of different animations and menues! The a la carte restaurants and had different menues everyday! The property is new and very modern, boho chic style, super clean - the rooms are cleaned daily. It is a family hotel so they do a good job to cater for kids - kids corner, big new and clean playgrounds, pool slides. The kids were definitely entertained. The deserts were amazing, good quality, yummy cakes. Dj night at the bar was a hit for us and the kids, very good atmosphere.

EVERYTHING!! This resort is quite simply amazing. The facilities are incredible and the range of activities extensive. Spotlessly clean in all areas. The staff are welcoming and accommodating and seemingly endlessly energetic!! Loved the food - the snack bar is unlike anything I’ve ever seen - quality food by a top chef ALL DAY! Plenty of loungers and choice of pools, something for all ages. The spa is a must try - we had an incredible couples treatment. There’s hair salons, boutiques and mini markets. If you’re considering a holiday in Crete - this is a must stay location. We would love to come back.
